How do I make a child clingy?

How do I hypothetical make my child completely dependent on me so that it considers me its entire world, loves me more than its own self and refuses to leave my side, even after puberty and into adulthood, considering I have full access to it since infanthood?

Make sure they never leave the house and that they only get to hang out with you.
